    There were several other devices of this type that were a lot less expensive… but they looked cheaply made. I’m an audiophile with a very high dollar system and I wanted something solid. About three minutes out of the box and this thing was strutting its stuff big time. My DAC only has one digital coax input, but I have three digital sources that use rca digital coax, this device was the perfect solution.
    I’ve only had the unit for a few hours, but right out of the box this thing was good to go immediately and impressively. Time will tell if it’s durable and if the switch will wear out quickly with a lot of use.
    Sonically it is transparent, it adds zero noise to your system.

    This is a nice piece of audio gear. Its small size is perfect for tight spaces where there isn’t a lot of room for width. It’s very solid, well constructed, and has a good amount of weight. The switcher itself is just what you’d expect, built to last.. There is no discernible quality loss.

    The switch works both ways, you can either plug in 3 different sources to one output, or you can plug in one source to 3 different outputs (which is what I use for my speakers and 2 headphones).

    I absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a quality switch.

    The actual switch is too short/shallow. The switch stem should be taller. It’s more difficult than it should be to move the switch from the left or right position.

    For switching analog audio signals with both RCA and 3.5mm connections, look no farther. Rolls makes nice gear (in the US). Functional, well made, and good value for money.

    J’ai des écouteurs Stax 009s et il n’y a aucune perte, aucun son métallique ni rien. Que je branche mes Stax directement dans mon Moon ou avec le Rolls entre les 2, aucune différence ! Par contre, je trouvais mon son bizarre sur mes McIntosh et la sortie droite était très faible. Je redéplacé le curseur du Rools pour le remettre à sa position et c’était seulement qu’il était mal cliqué. La priorité étant au son, je confirme qu’il n’y a aucun bruit de fond d’ajouté avec le Rolls Ss32

    I ordered 3 audio switches from Hong Kong and two of them went bad. I switch from powered computer speakers to headphones. The switch from HK shorted out, the second distorted the headphone audio. I didn’t even try the third. I ordered a push button switch from Ali and that one was too noisy even after trying three different ground loop isolators. At first the Hong Kong switch worked just barely if I turned the volume down on the speakers. Then I happened to see a Rolls Stereo switch on Amazon Warehouse deals. Bought it and hooked it up. At first there was still a buzz and I was very frustrated. Then I decided to remove the ground loop isolator connected to the speakers to try and put it elsewhere on the lines. As soon as it was gone, the Rolls had NO noise or distortion of any kind and feeds my headphones and speakers perfectly. It even has a third input so I can run a second set of headphones or something. The switch on the box itself is kind of low profile, but that’s so it can’t be damaged by other equipment hitting it while being moved. The switch includes RCA and 3.5mm jacks so everything plugged in with minimal effort. This is a simple, but great piece of equipment to have. Solved all my audio problems in about 2 minutes. They’re pricey but well worth it. It works well with my Topping DX7 Pro which I think can switch outputs on it’s own, but a simple switch is much better than having to fiddle with the dials of your DAC/AMP. Rolls audio switch is 100% Recommended.

    Glad I went over to a popular audio supply website and found this company advertised there. I then searched Amazon for it because all I was finding for a/b switches on Amazon were the typical gibberish company names, with low ratings and bad reviews, which instill no confidence in me for the quality of their products.

    Rolls has two versions of this kind of switch. This one was sufficient for me as I only have two audio sources to switch between on my speakers. It arrived in an oversized box, which had lots of packing material to protect the switch inside. Nice. This is a sturdy, metal device with a little heft to it, not some junky plastic box. It oozes quality and confidence for me. In practice it works great with nice clean switches between the inputs as I move from A to B to C. I might just buy another one.

    After looking at a multitude of switch boxes and reading tons of reviews I was a bit gun shy about buying any of them. Were they designed correctly? Did they break before make? Did they have internal resistors for some reason? I finally came across the Rolls. A bit pricey but made right, made solid, & made in the UISA. Work perfectly.

    This switch gave me the signal switching flexibility that I needed with ease. It is also very low noise. Impressive for the low price.

    Initially did not work. It’s ridiculously simple just a triple pull double throw switch on a PCB with connections to 3 inputs (or outputs) and one output (or input).

    Wanted it to switch between two turntables since I only have one phono input on my receiver. When first testing it was mixing sources A and B. Took it apart and found a solder bridge. I’m an old EE so I cleared the solder bridge and it works great.

    The other quirk is that a power supply was also in the box but this is a totally passive device.
