My son is into MMA and working out and was looking for a creatine supplement that wasn’t powder. This one has worked pretty well for him as it comes in a capsule.

It works, but I found that it works better for me when I take it 30mins. before a workout rather than 1hr., so if you feel a bit off, experiment with different take times.

The value is a little off the mark though, because you have to take 3 of them at time and there is only 120 in a bottle, so be mindful if you want to use it for both pre/post workout. This only lasted me 2 months, taking before and after a gym session ¯_(ツ)_/¯.
